world the demand for pangolin is driving criminality across Africa and Asia according to a series of country reports on the underground trade.
The world’s most trafficked mammal
1)is a solitary anteater resembling an artichoke:
2)the pangolin. Prized for its scales, particularly for traditional medicine in China, this quiet animal is at the centre of a sophisticated, multimillion-dollar supply chain across Africa and Asia, run by networks of criminal syndicates.
The Global Environmental Reporting Collective, formed in early 2019, chose the pangolin trade as its first focus for in-depth investigation. More than 30 journalists from 14 newsrooms reported in Africa and Asia, conducting dozens of exclusive interviews and even going undercover. The results are being published here as The Pangolin Reports.
“Roughly 50 tons of illegal African pangolin scales have been seized globally in the last four months,” estimated Peter Knights, the CEO of WildAid, an advocacy group. “In shipments that contain both pangolins and ivory, pangolin scales have now surpassed the volume of ivory.” The majority of demand is believed to be from China, where pangolins are consumed and its scales used in traditional Chinese medicine 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
High demand has made the pangolin the most illegally traded mammal in the world,
according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). All eight subspecies of the shy animal are threatened with extinction, scientists say. And when pangolins disappear, so does the ecological balance in their natural habitats.
“In the 21st century we really should not be eating species to extinction,” “There is simply no excuse for allowing this illegal trade to continue.” In the preceding decade, more than a million pangolins are believed to have been hunted, the IUCN estimated.
A global ban on the trade that came into effect in January 2017 did not turn things around. Record numbers of pangolins have been seized so far this year, according to the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA).

This happens daily evil disgusting and abusive people doing things for nothing more than greed and selfish thoughtless desire
The result is another victim and another rhino nearly dead
The incident that led to this is the same as countless others poachers chop off the horns of the rhinos old or young with machetes or chainsaws
leaving the animals sometimes still alive and defiantly in pain and still suffering oh my god
What happens next is up to god the vets and the orphanages around the globe who assist in trying to fix the damage done if possible.
a lot of the time the suffering and damage is beyond repair
This clip was sent to me from one of our people out in the field and as you can see the damage is quite horrific
There are less than 6000 rhinos free and wild in the parks today that’s really a very very low number considering that 95% of the world rhino population. Lived in the Kruger we can hope and pray that the attempts at relocations to countries like Australia and Botswana can lead to be fruitful endings & thank the anti poaching men and service animals that daily put their life at risk trying to protect what we have left people please help #EDUCATE THE #WORLD

Yet giraffes face the threat of extinction because the demand for their genitalia body parts horns tufts just escalates beyond the ability to supply demand the poor species cannot breed fast enough and we are killing them off one by one .
There were once 9 subspecies of giraffe and hundreds of thousands of animals roaming free

20 000 probably more like 13000 wild free roaming lions globally
There are numerous amounts of captive cats of all kinds captive for various reasons some are rescued like the ones above Tana and Demi from being sold for canned hunting thank you west and lion tree top lodge
A place where you may come and view them in their natural habitat and there is no touching no petting and no breeding
ONLY DADDY WEST ABOVE MAY GO NEAR THEM HE FEEDS THEM AND HAS DONE SINCE THEY WERE 5 days old
Some big cats are being bred for sale to China and the East for body parts to be used in making tiger wine as all the tigers are nearly extinct globally, and a female lion skeleton is the same just about as a tigers
Some are used for magic and other forms of disgusting trade to cut the story short big cats in captivity are way to abundant
Is It a good thing well breeding should be stopped there are enough captive cats already let them have a lovely safe life in good eco Conservationalistic forever homes like the two above and #saveourwildanimals

When his brother and fellow conservationist CArl from @pittrack_k9 called and said he had 10 k9 suffering with a most ferocious virus contracted by some k9s that were donated to our pack. Now we had 10 sick with the dreaded PARVO VIRUS
Like a poacher this virus is ruthless and relentless it wiped out 3 of 10 of the k9 and then a miracle happened I spoke to one of my angels one of the unnamed heroes that runs around daily in background helping saving making a plan doing what needs to be done I am talking about my buddy and brother David from @poaching.prevention he then spoke to his Il diamanté peeps and next thing we fixed the k9 by sorting the vet bill out and handed over some @beretta_ita webbings with @rhino_defender_ and @tourvestdmc
All under the banners of #unitethefight to save our animals our planet and to assist and aid the men and working animals on the frontline globally

Visiting the baby orphans has always been one of my favorite things assisting with feeding and helping out at the various sanctuaries & orphanages
But care must be takena soon as any of the animals,orphans,victims have been fixed looked after and are on their way to being re released .

minimal contact if any should be had (these babies were not being released yet and still needed human interaction at feeding and certain procedures)

Please be very careful when taking pics or selfies with wild animals that you know exactly where and what and why those animals are there, before you pet or be a victim to some of the most disgusting practices in the name of wildlife conservation that happens !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Especially to #lions with cub petting and #canned hunting
Please be aware and ask around before you just #Volounteer or subscribe to any foundations that are behaving immorally and in a way that you would not say is within the ethos of conservation or protecting the victims (orphans cubs etc )
